A. Use the asset selection boxes on the left hand side to view ADDITIONAL ACTION options.
B. Additional actions include Mark for Retirement, Mark as Off-site, Update Custodian, Delegate or Verify Surplus.
C. Use downward arrow to view additional asset details, VERIFY or EDIT an individual asset.
D. Use the SCAN:ENTER button to open mobile camera and scan visible tags or serial numbers.
E. Use the FILTER option to select assets based on Departments, Custodians, Buildings, Rooms, Manufacturer, Model, Delegated/Not Delegated, and Verification Statuses.
F. Use the SEARCH field for complete or partial searches on any of the fields displayed. If you wish to search by location, use the FILTER button.
G. Use the HELP button to view how to topics and navigation tips.
H. Use the EXPORT button to export data to Excel.
