If you are looking to gain exposure to specific sectors, themes, or asset classes (for example gold, silver, or other precious metals) you can do so through the Shares & ETFs product. This product provides access to a wide range of US exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that track various market segments.

Accessing the Shares & ETFs product

To see the full range of available investments, you first need to ensure you have signed up for the Shares & ETFs product within your Kernel account. Once active, you can view and search for thousands of financial instruments beyond our core Kernel funds.

Searching for specific ETFs

The most efficient way to identify specific investments is to use the search and filter functionality within the platform:

  1. Navigate to the Shares & ETFs section of your account.

  2. Use the search bar and enter a relevant keyword. For example, type "gold" if you are looking for ETFs that invest in or track the price of gold.

  3. Apply a filter for "US ETFs".

This will generate a list of ETFs that match your search criteria. You can use this same method with different keywords (such as "silver" or a specific sector) to find other types of ETFs, depending on your requirements.

Reviewing your options

Each ETF listed in the search results provides specific data regarding its objective and historical price movements. By clicking on an individual ETF, you can access the underlying information to help you determine if it meets your specific criteria.
