Distributions are income (for example, dividends) received by each Fund less any tax, fees and transaction costs.

As an investor you are able to receive distributions from the Funds.

The majority of our funds typically pay distributions quarterly, with the two exceptions being the Kernel S&P Kensho Moonshots Innovation and Kernel S&P Kensho Electric Vehicle Innovation Funds.

Distributions from capital may also be paid out.

You have the choice of electing to reinvest distributions as additional units or have them paid out as cash.
