How to raise a complaint

We are always looking for ways to improve our service to you. If something has gone wrong, we want to know. If you have any concerns, you can lodge a complaint with us here or call 0800 537 635 during normal business hours.

Alternatively you can make a complaint to the Supervisor, whose details are listed in the PDS.

We are also a member of the Financial Services Complaints Ltd (FSCL). If you have complained to us or the Supervisor and your complaint has not been resolved, or you are not happy with the resolution, you can contact FSCL who may be able to consider your complaint.

FSCL are an independent, not-for-profit, external dispute resolution scheme approved by the Minister of Consumer Affairs. FSCL's service does not cost you anything and they will help resolve the complaint.
