The promotion ($25 Kernel account join credit) is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or over except employees of Kernel Wealth Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the promotion.
There is no entry fee, no minimum deposit amount, and no purchase necessary to enter this promotion.
By entering this promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The promotion can only be claimed once per account and once per person.
The closing date for entry will be 12:00 PM on the 31st January 2023. After this date, no further credit can be claimed.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The promotion includes 1 x $25 Kernel account join credit to a nominated Kernel account. These accounts must be active, in that customer verification is complete. The promotion is only available to the first 500 unique entrants.
The promotion is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The promotion is not transferable. The recipient is not able to withdraw the $25 join credit from the credited Kernel account for a minimum of 12 months.
If you do not already have an active Kernel account, you will need to let the Kernel team know once your account setup is complete to redeem your credit.
To redeem your credit:
You must create an active Kernel account (i.e., have completed verification) during the eligible period, or open a new product within an existing Kernel account, to redeem the credit.
Email support@kernelwealth.co.nz, confirm that you have completed the verification set-up, and message with the code ‘Fieldays’ to start the top-up process.
Once you have received a confirmation e-mail, you can expect to see the $25 credit available in your Kernel wallet within approximately 7 days.
Existing accounts must choose a new product (Invest into Kernel Funds, transfer to Save or transfer KiwiSaver) within 30 days otherwise Kernel reserves the right to redeem/withdraw the $25.
The promoter will notify the winner when the prize payment has been made.
The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
Entry into the promotion will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
