To help you faster and more efficiently, please make sure to contact us from the same email address you used to register your KetoGo account.

This allows our support team to instantly locate your profile and assist you without any delays.

If you reach out using a different email address, we may need to verify your account manually before sharing any personal information.
In that case, we might ask for a few details to confirm your identity, such as:

If you paid via PayPal:

  • The PayPal email address linked to the payment

  • A screenshot of your PayPal receipt

If you paid via credit or debit card:

  • The full name of the cardholder

  • The last 4 digits of the card used for payment

  • A screenshot or receipt of the charge
