🔄 Renewing Your Subscription
If you previously canceled your Monthly subscription and would like to renew it:
Log in to your account: https://my.ketogo.app/
Go to Profile → Weight Loss Account → Edit → Extend Diet Plan
Confirm renewal.
Your plan will continue automatically unless you cancel it again.
❌ Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel any subscription yourself in just a few steps - no need to contact support.
🔔 All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
Canceling Your Personalized Weight Loss Plan
Log in: https://my.ketogo.app/
Go to Profile → Weight Loss Account → Edit
Complete a short exit survey
You’ll see a pop-up confirming that your plan has been canceled
Canceling Additional Services
🔔 If you have one or more add-on services, each one must be canceled separately.
The process is the same for all of them:

Go to Profile
Select the service you’d like to cancel:

Your Shopping List
Personal Nutritionist Chat
Home Workouts
Certified Keto Breakfast Bars
Click Learn More → Delete → Delete
