How to Manage Your KetoGo Plan Subscription

Your KetoGo journey is all about progress - and we’re here to make every step simple, transparent, and fully in your control.


Whether you’d like to renew your plan, pause, or cancel, this guide will walk you through everything you need to know.


💪 A Quick Note Before You Go

Many users experience moments of doubt - and that’s perfectly normal. Here are a few stories from our community that might inspire you to keep going:

🔄 Renewing Your Subscription

If you previously canceled your Monthly subscription and would like to renew it:

  1. Log in to your account: https://my.ketogo.app/

  2. Go to Profile → Weight Loss Account → Edit → Extend Diet Plan

  3. Confirm renewal.

Your plan will continue automatically unless you cancel it again.


❌ Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel any subscription yourself in just a few steps - no need to contact support.

🔔 All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

Canceling Your Personalized Weight Loss Plan

  1. Go to Profile → Weight Loss Account → Edit

  2. Complete a short exit survey

  3. You’ll see a banner confirming that your plan has been suspended.

Canceling Additional Services

🔔 If you have one or more add-on services, each one must be canceled separately.

The process is the same for all of them:

  1. Go to Profile

  2. Select the service you’d like to cancel:

    • Your Premium

    • Your Shopping List

    • Personal Nutritionist Chat

    • Home Workouts

    • Certified Keto Breakfast Bars

  3. Click Learn More → Delete → Delete
