Estimator groups:
The Estimator also lets you create Estimator groups. This is particularly useful if you want to compare different production methods or machines ā for example, digital printing, offset printing or inkjet.
Within a group, you can run calculations with several Estimators in parallel and immediately receive a transparent comparison of the individual results. At a glance, you can see which option is more economical, how costs vary at different quantities and which combination of material, machine and finishing gives the best price.
This feature helps you make informed decisions ā quickly, transparently and without recalculating manually.

Price lists
Price lists help you generate a comprehensive pricing matrix quickly and conveniently across different parameters ā such as quantity, format or page count.
Simply define the levels you want, for example 100, 500 and 1,000 copies or 8, 16 and 32 pages, and the Estimator automatically calculates the appropriate prices for each combination.
The result is a clear, structured price list that you can view, download or process further directly ā ideal for sales, quote comparisons or internal price validation. In seconds, you get a complete pricing structure without having to calculate each variant individually.
