In the administration area under Settings > Printshop, you can configure the general settings for your printshop.
We already set the location when your account was first created.
Keyline provides basic standard templates for:
Products
Finishings
Production tasks
Papers
Colours
These templates are suggested automatically when you search.
If you prefer to work exclusively with your own templates, you can set that here too.
You can also configure the following functions in this area:
Enable production planning
Foreign tax rates can be allowed if you produce near a border and invoice customers abroad
Enter all required details under “Legal information” so that e-invoices and ZUGFeRD XML files are generated correctly
You can also define the default value for calculating shipping costs here.
If needed, you can adjust this setting individually for each order.
You can also define:
when orders are automatically archived
whether the extended job ticket should be enabled – this also includes the full product description, making production information clearer, especially for complex orders.
