You can cancel products in Keyline at any time.
To do this, open the product you want to cancel and use the three-dot button (...) to cancel it. This cancels all open production tasks. You can also finish all open production tasks with a single click.
If the product cannot be cancelled, a production task is still active. Ask the employee working on it to finish the task, or finish it manually in the web app.
You can invoice this order, just like any other order, under Orders to be invoiced. Use the post-calculation to decide which costs to charge the customer. If you do not want to create an invoice, simply mark it as invoiced.
If an order contains several products and one or more have been cancelled, you can add the cancelled products to the invoice manually if needed.
