You can cancel products in Keyline at any time.
To do this, click on the product you wish to cancel and click on the buttons with the 3 points (...) to cancel the product. All open operations will be canceled.

All open work processes can also be finished here with one click.

If the product cannot be cancelled, one operation is still active at this time. Ask the respective employee to complete the operation or finish it manually on the Web.

Like all other orders, you can bill this order. You can decide which costs you want to charge the customer based on the final costing. If you do not want to create an invoice, simply mark this invoice as settled.

If you have multiple products in an order and one or more products have been cancelled, you can manually add them to the invoice, if required.
