Finishing is required for all tasks (e.g. dispersion varnishing, embossing, etc.). 

Under Templates/Finishings, further processing can be adapted, duplicated or newly created. 

The postpress adjustments are divided into two sections. General and specifications

General

The type of further processing defines the name of the finishing. This must be identical to the name of the corresponding task. Further processing is linked to the operation of the same name (see Task / General / Create Automatically: Create with finishings with the same name)

The permitted types of application define the option to produce the product: Only the entire product, only components, or both.

Spezification

The specifications for further processing can be created optionally and represent parameters that can be entered or selected in the cost estimate. All specifications can be used as variables in the formulas of the respective capability of the corresponding operation. 

The name of the specification can be freely entered. For the data type, you can choose between the input types Yes/No, Integer, Floating point value or Text.

With the selected checkbox Display on quotation/invoice, the specification, if selected or filled, is displayed not only on the production information but also on the quotation, order confirmation and invoice.
