Create, manage and delete users

In the admin area you can view, create, delete or edit all users by clicking on Accounts/Users.

If you click on "New user" you can create a new user.
You can set the following parameters:

Role:

  • Mobile (ipad only, no e-mail required) 

  • first name

  • name

  • Email: only necessary for web permissions

  • Telephone number: appears on quotations & order confirmations

Users with a "normal" web permission can use all functions in Keyline, except the admin area. If users are to be promoted to admin, please contact the owner. Only he can be promoted to Admin.

So there is:

  1. Mobile: only access via the 4-digit PIN to the iPad

  2. Web: full access to Web (except admin area) and ipad

  3. Administrator: full access to web and ipad

  4. Owner: full access to web and ipad and can promote user to admin.

As soon as the user has been created, an email will be sent to the email address with an activation link and the possibility to assign the password.

If the password has been forgotten, you can also reset it directly here.
