Under Warehouse > Orders, Keyline lists all placed and still-open orders.
Here you can see whether an order is still open and when it was placed.
Once goods receiving has booked in the goods using the iPad, they are shown here as “received”.
Order-specific purchasing
You can enable or disable this setting using the checkbox on the relevant material in the warehouse.
If this option is selected, the material is ordered automatically in the smallest possible quantity as soon as it is needed to manufacture a product.
Before releasing the product for production, you can review the material order.
You can also use the checkbox to combine several requirements before ordering. Stock levels are not taken into account.
If the setting is disabled, you manage your orders entirely manually.
This means:
You place orders directly from the warehouse.
The requirements do not appear under Orders.
When an order is placed, an immediate email to the supplier is sent — combining several requirements is not possible.
Booking in:
Ordered goods can be booked in only using the iPad.
Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled until goods receiving has booked them in on the iPad.
If you cancel a material, the supplier automatically receives an email with the cancellation.
The planned goods receipt on the iPad is then deleted.
