All transacted and open orders are listed under stock/orders.
It is shown whether the order is still open, when the order was placed and as soon as the goods receipt with the iPad has booked the goods, the goods are shown as "received". 

You can activate or deactivate this setting in the warehouse for the respective material via the checkbox.

If this option is selected, the material is automatically ordered in the smallest possible amount as soon as it is needed for the production of a product. Before you release the product for production, you have the option to check the material order. You can also combine several requirements via the checkbox before ordering. Stocks are not taken into account.

If the setting is deactivated, you manage your orders completely manually, i.e. you order from the warehouse and the requirements do not end up in the menu Material Orders. When an order is placed, an email is sent directly to the supplier – it is not possible to combine several requirements.

Ordered articles can only be booked via the iPad.

Orders can be cancelled until they have been checked in on the iPad from goods receipt.

If you cancel a material, the vendor automatically receives a cancellation e-mail. The planned goods receipt on the ipad is then also deleted.
