Keyline is the data backbone of your print shop. In addition to classic costing, Keyline also takes care of product planning and controlling, as well as warehouse and material management, ordering and invoicing.

The heart of the system is process-based costing. The entire production workflow, including material and execution costs, is calculated during the quotation phase.

As soon as a product is sent into production, Keyline plans it into automatic production planning. You can view the individual machines (means of production)and work processes at any time and know exactly where each product is currently located.

The integrated ordering system automatically takes care of the orders or booking existing material directly from the warehouse.

Via the warehouse & material management, you can booking the materials directly at goods receipt with the iPad. You can view all postings and material movements live and react to them if necessary.

During production, your employees record times, material consumption and waste directly via the Keyline iPad app, which compares this data live with the Keyline backend.

As soon as the product has passed through production, you can use the recorded times and materials to carry out final costing and send the invoice directly from Keyline. Using our CSV export, you can export the invoice data and import it into your accounting software.

With Keyline you have a tool on hand that accompanies you from the quotation phase to invoicing and, with automatic production planning, gives you a transparent and constantly updated view of your products in production.

The extensively documented API interface allows you to integrate additional external systems at any time. Or you can access the Keyline App Store and conveniently book ready-made applications such as Shipcloud, Slack or Pipedrive.
