In the admin area under Accounts/Devices, you can connect as many iPads to Keyline as you like.
To activate a new device, click the âConnect new deviceâ button directly in Keyline.
Then open the Keyline app on your iPad and scan the displayed QR code using the built-in camera.
If you no longer want to use an iPad, you can delete the connection at any time. There is no limit to the number of devices that can be connected.

General access:
You can make the iPad accessible to all employees. Login is via the personal 4-digit PIN.
Personal access:
Alternatively, you can assign an iPad exclusively to a specific person.
In this case, repeated logins are no longer required â the user is automatically logged in with their account.
đ To do this, reconnect the device and use the âPermanently link to your user accountâ function to generate a personalised QR code.
â ïž Important note:
The personal link cannot be transferred to another user.
If an employee only has mobile access rights, you must also set up web access rights to generate a personalised QR code for that account.
