In the admin area under Accounts/Devices, you can manage the iPads that you are using. 

You can activate a new device via the button "Connect new device" in Keyline.
Simply open the Keyline app on your iPad and scan the QR code with the iPad camera.

If you no longer use the iPad, you can simply delete the connection again. There is no volume limit on devices.

You can make the iPad accessible to any user, so everyone can log in with their 4-digit number.

Alternatively, you can assign an iPad exclusively to yourself. In this case, you do not always have to log in in the future, but are automatically logged on to the iPad with your user account. To do this, please reconnect the device and generate a personalized QR code using the "permanently link to your user account" function.

Please note that the personal link cannot be transferred for or to other users. If a user only has a mobile authorisation, you must set up a web authorisation for this user so that he can then have the QR code created for his account.
