In the Admin area under Accounts → Devices, you can connect as many iPads to Keyline as you like.
To activate a new device, click the “Connect new device” button directly in Keyline.
Then, simply open the Keyline app on your iPad and scan the displayed QR code using the built-in camera.
If you no longer want to use an iPad, you can delete the connection at any time. There is no limit to the number of devices that can be connected.
🔑 Access Options
General Access:
You can make the iPad accessible to all employees. Login is done via the personal 4-digit PIN.
Personal Access:
Alternatively, you can assign an iPad exclusively to a specific user.
In this case, repeated logins are no longer required – the user is automatically logged in with their account.
👉 To do this, reconnect the device and use the “Permanently link to your user account” function to generate a personalized QR code.
⚠️ Important Note:
The personal link cannot be transferred to another user.
If an employee only has mobile access rights, a web access right must also be set up in order to generate a personalized QR code for that account.
