Once you have created a quotation, it is initially in the draft.

As soon as you send the quotation to the customer, it is displayed as "Offered".

The quotation remains active for 3 months and is then automatically archived by Keyline if the order has not been placed.

You can simply duplicate archived products as well as the completed products andoffer them to the customer again or give it directly into production.
