If you have products produced and shipped completely outside your company, you can choose the option "Outsource everything". Keyline does not plan any further activities such as operations or material orders. 

The product is also marked as completed after it has been put into production because Keyline does not know the status of completion.

You can manually adjust the description text for the product at order level at any time to map specifications and product descriptions that are then displayed on the quotation, order confirmation, and invoice. 

If you have not yet connected a complex CRM system to Keyline, you can store information about the service provider's offer at any time under "Additional production information".
Then you have the information quickly and comprehensibly at hand during post-production.
