If you want to pack several versions together, you can drag the versions you’ve created at costing level under Packaging & Logistics using drag and drop directly into the same package (white box).
Even with multiple delivery addresses, this lets you assign versions — including those with different quantities — to the relevant addresses easily.

You can pack several products together in the same way.
At order level, under Packaging & Shipping you can pack products together in the same way as several versions, for example.
This is particularly useful if you want to deliver the products together and issue just one delivery note covering all products — a combined delivery note.
This helps you keep track of everything while reducing the work involved in shipping.
Please don’t forget to define the packaging material.
Packaging material is always defined on the first product in an order and then applies to all subsequent products in that order.
⚠️ Important:
If no packaging material is defined, you can quote the product, but you cannot send it to production — the “green thumb” remains inactive.
You can also optionally print two labels.
The second label automatically shows the remaining quantity.
💡 Note:
With mixed versions in a box this new feature is unfortunately not available.
If, for example, you pack a print run of 1,000 copies in quantities of 300 each, your shipping team will pack:
3 boxes of 300 copies each
and 1 box with the remaining 100 copies
in total.
Thanks to the optional second label, the remaining quantity is shown automatically so it can be clearly identified.
You can then print the label individually through the print dialog on the iPad or on the web.
