In Keyline, you can assign each order and each product a set of 5 reference numbers of your choice.
Whether it is the person placing the order, a cost center or a purchase order number, you are free to choose the labels.
Keyline also indexes these references, so you can quickly access the relevant order or product by entering a reference in the search field.
Reference numbers at order level appear clearly on documents directly below the quote number and apply to the entire order.
You can also add reference numbers to products. They then appear in the description of the relevant product on the quote, order confirmation and invoice.
Product-level references are then part of the product description.
You can edit them manually at any time or reset them so Keyline retrieves and displays the current values from the product.
