All employees should have access to their own iPad. Production can run as smoothly as possible only if each workstation or production resource has its own or a permanently assigned iPad.
The employee scans the QR code on the job ticket with the iPad and gets an overview of all production tasks relating to the order.
The information displayed varies depending on the production task (e.g. specifications such as the type of film for lamination, folding patterns for folding, etc.).
You can also enter optional product information that is displayed for this order in every production task and can be read by all users on the web or in the app.
Additional product information brings more transparency to production, helps colleagues check each other’s work and automatically raises your quality standards.
Information can also be added via the iPad, so you receive feedback from production at any time. A major advantage is that, for repeat production runs, you can immediately see whether there were problems in the past.
