Error message in the browser

You may receive an error message from Keyline. This can have different reasons. Classically there are 2 types of error messages.

In the case of a "500 error" there is usually a problem with the system itself. Here we are automatically notified and analyse the problem before we receive feedback from the customer.

Then there is the classic "404 error" (Page not found).
The error is usually due to the fact that, for example, you navigated to a page on which there is nothing left to see. This is usually due to the fact that the navigation did not take place via keyline, but was scrolled forwards or backwards via the browser pages.

Always use the navigation directly in Keyline.
If you are unsure that the displayed page is current, refresh the displayed page on your browser with F5 on the PC or CMD+R on the Mac.

If you receive error messages, do not hesitate to contact us directly via the live chat. It is best to send us a screenshot and a link to the product.
