The specifications can be used to freely define and adjust the performance values. Each specification can later be used as a variable at " Skills & Formulas ". 

​The name of the specification can be freely chosen.  The Type specifies the input type (whole Number, floating point number, Yes/No, percentage, multiple choice, currency or dimensions) for the Value field. 

The unit determines the type of input unit for the "Value" field, e.g. piece, sheet, minute, etc. The unit is the value of the input unit. The value can be freely entered according to the type and unit specifications.
