During packaging and logistics, the product get ready for shipment.
You have a lot of options at your disposal.
A white box is displayed for each variant, which represents your product.
To the right of the box you can click on the "green +" and define exactly what happens to the variety.
The following options are available:
Pack everything or to partial quantities pack (go e.g. 1000 amount to an address or 2x500 pieces to 2 addresses
Type of packaging (counting, wrapping, addressing, franking, shrink wrapping, banding, filing, boxing, palletising,shrink wrapping pallets )
If you are not sure how many packaging units fit into a carton, you can leave this option active via the field. Then you can also change the number of copies during production via the web interface.
The description serves for clarity and appears on the iPad and on the Web. If several packages are created, they can be named. (e.g. Special shipping)
Security level (here it will soon be possible to force scanning and recording of packaging or copies, but it is not active at this moment)
Next step: Keep packing means that the products are put into another carton, if you choose Gets stored no delivery note can be created but only a pallet note. Gets stored is not yet functional, it will work as soon as the new storage is online. With "Gets picked up ", no classic delivery note can be generated, only a pickup note. With the option "will be sent" you can create a classic delivery note. You can enter all necessary information in the address entry for the delivery notes. Keyline remembers each address (per organization). So you can easily find and select the address via the quick search.
