With a single click on the green thumbs-up icon, you send an order into production.

When you click on a product, the view switches from calculation to production.

The job bag can now be printed.

In the first line, you will see:

  • the product number,

  • any reference numbers such as cost center or purchase order number,

  • the product name,

  • on the right, the product origin,

  • the option to print the job bag,

  • as well as additional functions via the three-dot menu.

In the product profile, all production-relevant information is clearly summarized.

Here you can view the production flow with its current status and adjust the delivery address if needed.

If you want to make more extensive changes, you can do so via the options on the right-hand side. There you also have the possibility to cancel the product or mark it as fully completed.

Under Products in Production, you get a complete overview of all products that are currently in production.

πŸ‘‰ Products in Production provides you with an at-a-glance overview of all items currently being processed.

All issues are displayed here per product, allowing you to address and resolve them individually.

Examples include missing materials or a delivery date that cannot be met because the production resource has reached its capacity limit.

On the planning board, all production resources are shown with their current utilization.

Here you can:

  • adjust the availability of individual production resources (optionally also in the Admin area under Company > Production Resources > Availability)

  • reschedule individual tasks

  • directly plan maintenance work for production resources

Once all work steps have been completed by the employees via the iPads, the entire product is marked as completed.

It can then be post-calculated and invoiced.
