The Dropbox Archive app connects to your Dropbox Business account and creates a simple, clear folder structure. Order-related PDF documents, such as offers and order confirmations, are stored in this structure.
If there are several offers or order confirmations, each new version overwrites the previous one, so the folder always contains the latest version.
Invoices and other documents are not stored automatically! You can add them manually at any time if needed.
Documents are filed automatically as part of the process: as soon as an offer is sent or an order is placed, the corresponding PDF is stored in your Dropbox within seconds.
Please note that Keyline only establishes the connection to the app you have subscribed to. Depending on the application and your plan, additional costs may apply. You need an active Dropbox Business account.
