But don’t worry. In Keyline nothing changes for the time being. Everything will look and behave exactly the same for your employees as before. What will change is the way your employees log in to Keyline and how you manage them.

Every user automatically gets a free Zaikio account, with which they can log in to Keyline from now on - you may have already seen the “Log in with Zaikio” button.

Your printing factory will automatically be created as a Zaikio organisation, i.e. within Zaikio there will be your own company account. In future, all connections to other systems, user administration and invoicing can be administered from within your organisation.

Are there any costs involved?
No, of course not! Your existing keyline contract remains completely untouched. There are no additional costs for you or your employees.

Only the owner of this keyline account can carry out the migration. Talk to him about it!

Zaikio is our new connectivity platform for the printing industry. We bring together inventory systems, modern apps, suppliers and buyers, both technically and organisationally, so that everyone can communicate seamlessly with each other.

Of course, Keyline will be one of the first products to fully use the power of Zaikio. We will transfer all Keyline accounts to Zaikio accounts in due course.

What happens if I migrate now?

We will automatically create a Zaikio organisation for you. All keyline users of your print shop will then receive an e-mail with the request to join your Zaikio organisation. This is done via a link in the e-mail. After the Zaikio account has been created and linked, it can then be used to log in to Keyline. The time required is less than 5 minutes. Until your Zaikio account created, the usual login can still be used.

Why should I do this now?

In the medium term we will migrate all Keyline customers onto Zaikio. We have deliberately chosen a long transition phase so that you can decide for yourself when you want to take the step towards Zaikio. The earlier you change, the more influence you can have on the design and structure of Zaikio, because we involve all new customers in the development should they so wish.
