You can use filters to search more precisely in Keyline.
in: lets you search within a single group of records (e.g. invoices, orders, products, materials, material orders or shipments). Using this filter gives you 15 results instead of the usual 10.
The following values are available for the in filter:
"invoices"
"orders"
"products"
"materials"
"material orders"
"shipments"
Detailed filters:
You can further refine the results returned by in using the following detailed filters:
carrier:Supplier for shipmentsconfirmed_at:Confirmation date of orderscustomer:Customer name for invoices, orders, products and shipmentsdate:Invoice date for invoicesdeliver_at:Delivery date for ordersdue_at:Due date for invoices, products and ordersenvironmental_certification:Certification of ordersfinishing:Finishing operations of productsin_stock:Stock availability (true or false) for materialsoffer_sent_at:Offer-sending date for orderspick_up_at:Pickup date for shipmentsproduct:Product details (product name, references, versions) for invoicesstate:Status of orders, products, invoicessubstrates:Substrate name for productstotal:Total amount (including taxes) for invoices
The date format is “YYYY-MM-DD”, for example: “2024-12-28”
Examples:
Use in: Produkte "Produktname" finishing: "bohren"
to show only products with the specified name and the drilling finishing operation.
Use in: materialien hks in_stock: false to display all colors named HKS that have stock available.
Additional status filter:
You can further narrow down the results using a “status filter”.
The possible values for the state: filter differ for each search area – the following states are available:
Orders: "cart", "archived", "draft", "confirmed", "completed", "invoiced"
Products: "draft", "prepress", "press", "postpress", "packing", "shipping", "completed", "exception", "canceled"
Invoices: “draft”, “billed"
Our example above could then look like this:
in: Produkte "Produktname" finishing: "bohren" state: draft
This shows only products in draft status with the specified name and the “bohren” finishing operation.
Caution: We currently do not support status filter values in other languages!
Other operators
You can also use special operators for values:
"" to enclose an entire term – particularly when there is a space between values:
Example: products:"30 page brochures"
( OR ) to filter for either value:
Example: customer:(igepa OR papyrus)
[ TO ] to filter a range between two values, including those values (for dates, numbers and strings):
Example: due_at:[2024-02-02 TO 2024-03-02] or total:[2000 TO 3000]
{ TO } to filter a range between two values, excluding those values (for dates, numbers and strings):
Example: due_at:[2024-02-02 TO 2024-03-02] or total:[2000 TO 3000]
<, =, > to filter date ranges, numbers and strings:
Example: total:>2000 or offer_sent_at:<2023-02-01
