How to verify our routing number
For security purposes, we never email or call with alternate wire transfer instructions. You should always verify the wire transfer instructions by following the links on your KeySavvy dashboard. If you received an email or phone call with alternate instructions, please contact us.
My bank doesn't recognize KeySavvy's routing number
KeySavvy's payment platform is built using the latest services available in the finance technology industry. While this enables us to streamline one of life's most complicated transactions, not every bank is following our stride. If your bank doesn't recognize the routing number we provided and you've double-checked it matches what you see in checkout, here are a few steps you can take:
You can verify the routing number yourself using the ABA website. The information provided by ABA should match what we provided in checkout. You can also verify on the Federal Reserve website.
If you're attempting the wire transfer using an online form provided by your bank, try calling or visiting in-person instead.
If your bank won't initiate the wire transfer over the phone or in-person, show them the ABA or Fedwire results and ask them to send the wire manually.
If your bank still cannot verify our bank's information, ask your banker to reach out to us directly.
