Drop down fields are useful when a single value needs to be selected from a list.
In KeyVision drop down fields are provided for Industries, Seniorities, Fee types, Expense Types, etc.
Here’s how you do it:
STEP 1
Go to Hello > Settings. Choose one of the categories for which you’d like to customize the drop down field i.e Industries, Practices, Seniorities, Fee types, etc.
STEP 2
You can add new choices by clicking the Add button, enter the value and click on Save.
If you’d like to edit the option, click the Edit button near the field you'd like to modify, or click on Delete if you wish to delete it.
