If a pledge is made through your Affiliate link, it can take up to 4 hours to see it on your dashboard.
If you still can't see the pledge on your dashboard, it could be due to the following reasons.
For Kickstarter campaigns:
The referred backer visited the campaign page through a different referral source prior to pledging. Kickstarter uses first-click attribution, so the referral would be attributed to the original referrer.
For Indiegogo campaigns:
The referred backer navigated away from the campaign page after clicking your referral link, and returned to the site through another method to make the pledge.
