Embedding your affiliate signup form directly onto your Shopify store provides a seamless way for people who visit your website to join your program, enhancing the user experience and increasing conversion rates.
By integrating the form into your site, you create a consistent look that aligns with your branding, while also making it easier for potential affiliates to sign up without being redirected elsewhere.
Follow these steps to embed your affiliate signup form into your website:
1. Login to Shopify
1. Login to your Shopify account.
2. Create a New Template
1. Go to Online Store > Themes > then under your Shopify theme, Customize.
2. Click the dropdown menu and go to Pages > Create Template.
3. Name your template and click Create.
Note: After you create the template, you will be previewing the template on an existing store page.
3. Add the Affiliate Signup Form
1. Go to the Template settings.
2. Select Add Section, toggle to Apps, and click on Kickbooster Affiliate Signup Form.
4. Add the Form ID and Customize Signup Form

1. First, get your program's Form ID:
Log into your Kickbooster account.
Navigate to the relevant program settings > Share, and copy the Embedded Shopify Form ID.
2. Locate the right-hand menu and enter the Form ID.
Customize Signup Form
1. Below the Form ID field, you can then customize your signup form:
Button Color and Button Text Color: Choose your button color and button text color.
Background Image: Select a background image for the page where you’re embedding the form.
Alignment: Choose the alignment of the form.
Theme Margins: For forms with a background image, you can match the section margins with your Shopify theme by:
Clicking on Apps in the left-hand menu.
Adjusting the toggle in the right-hand menu.
2. Once you’re satisfied with the customization, click Save.
5. Create a New Affiliate Program Page
1. Exit the Themes settings and go to Pages.
2. Click Add Page and give your new page a title.
3. Ensure the Visibility is set to Visible.
4. In the Template dropdown, select the template you just created.
5. Click Save.
6. View Your New Page with Signup Form
Click View Page to view your new page with your embedded signup form.
Your affiliate signup form is now successfully embedded and ready to use!
