Kickbooster gives you flexibility when it comes to adding affiliates to your referral program.
You can either:
Share your program’s signup form so affiliates can sign up directly, or
Manually add affiliates yourself to instantly activate their referral links.
Both options make it easy to start growing your affiliate network in a way that best suits your workflow.
Option 1: Share Your Signup Form
The easiest way to invite affiliates is by sharing your unique signup form link.
This allows influencers, publishers, or customers to apply directly to your program. Once approved, they’ll automatically receive their referral link or discount code.
To find your signup form link:
Go to your Program Dashboard.
Click Share Signup Form or locate your program’s signup URL.
Copy and share it with your potential affiliates via email, social media, or your website.
💡 Pro Tip: If your program is public, you can also add it to the Kickbooster Marketplace so affiliates can discover and apply on their own.
Why Manually Add Affiliates?
Manually adding affiliates is great if you want to:
Generate referral links instantly – No need to wait for the affiliate to accept an invite or set up their account.
Quickly onboard trusted partners – Ideal for influencers or collaborators you already work with.
Launch campaigns faster – Get affiliates promoting right away, which is especially helpful for time-sensitive promotions.
Run invite-only programs – Add affiliates on your terms without requiring public sign-up access.
Set custom commission rates – Assign a different rate than your general offer, allowing you to manage multiple commission tiers within the same program.
How to Manually Add Affiliates
To add an affiliate to your program:
Go to Programs and Select Program you’d like to add an affiliate to.
Go to the Affiliates table and click Add Affiliate.
Enter the Affiliate’s details – First Name (required), Last Name, and Email.
Choose whether to send email communication to the affiliate.
Click Add Affiliate.
How to Access Affiliate's Signup Link
Find the affiliate by searching their name in the Affiliates table.
Hover over the status icon next to their profile.
Copy their unique referral link.
Important Reminders
Only the affiliate’s First Name is required to add them.
If you don’t enter an email address, the affiliate won’t receive any automated emails—but you can still manually send them a link to create their account.
Affiliates added without an email will still appear on invoices and be subject to affiliate fees. However, their commissions can only be paid via PayPal if the affiliate creates their account.
If the email entered matches an existing Kickbooster affiliate, you’ll have the option to invite them to your program. They must accept the invite before a referral link is generated.
