Integrating Kickbooster with your Indiegogo campaign is required to enable referral tracking and commission reporting. Adding Kickbooster as a collaborator with the correct role allows us to create referral tags and monitor campaign activity for accurate tracking.
To ensure accurate referral tracking and conversion reporting, Kickbooster must be added as a collaborator with the Marketer role on your Indiegogo campaign.
The Marketer role allows us to:
Create unique referral tags for each affiliate in your program
Track backer referrals and conversions
Access campaign referral data required to update your dashboard
Keep affiliate commission reporting accurate and up to date
⚠️ We do not require Admin access.
Kickbooster will never edit or modify your campaign page or content. Access is used strictly for referral tracking and reporting purposes.
How It Works
1. Referral Tag Creation
When an affiliate joins your program, Kickbooster generates a unique Indiegogo referral tag for them. This ensures their traffic and conversions are properly attributed.
2. Ongoing Tracking
We regularly review referral activity and refresh your dashboard with updated backer and commission data.
3. Accurate Commission Reporting
By accessing campaign referral data through the Marketer role, we ensure commissions are calculated accurately and affiliates are rewarded correctly.
How to Add Kickbooster as a Collaborator
Log into your Indiegogo campaign dashboard
Then Users -> User list, clicking "Invite collaborators"
Enter email collaborator@kickbooster.me
Assign the Marketer role
Save your changes
Click here to learn more.
After sending the invite:
Log into your Kickbooster account
Go to Program Settings
Complete the Add Kickbooster as a Collaborator step
Click Confirm
Important Notes
Collaborator invitations are manually accepted by our team. Please allow 1–2 business days for acceptance.
Your referral program will not begin tracking until the Marketer role is granted.
If the role is removed or changed, referral tracking will be paused until reconnected.
