If you're launching a referral program for a different product, brand, business, or client, you can create a new organization within your existing Kickbooster account.
Organizations allow you to manage multiple programs from one login while keeping branding, billing information, and administrator access separate.
What is an organization?
An organization is the main workspace that your Kickbooster programs are created under.
When you first create your Kickbooster account, you'll create an organization with its own name and subdomain. These details are often based on the first brand or product you set up.
If you later need to manage a different brand or business, you don't need to create another Kickbooster account. You can simply create another organization under your existing account.
When should I create a new organization?
Creating a new organization is recommended when you want to:
Use a different organization name and subdomain for another brand or product.
Maintain separate billing information.
Add different administrators to manage the organization.
Keep referral programs for different brands, businesses, or clients separate.
Manage multiple organizations from one Kickbooster login.
Managing programs for multiple clients?
Organizations are especially useful for agencies or partners managing referral programs for multiple brands or clients.
Instead of maintaining a separate Kickbooster login for each client, you can create an organization for each one and switch between them from your existing account.
Each organization can have its own branding, billing information, administrators, and referral programs, making it easier to keep each client's account setup separate.
How to create a new organization
To create another organization:
Log in to your existing Kickbooster account.
Open the organization selector from your dashboard.
Select the option to create a new organization.
Enter your new organization's details, including its name and subdomain.
Create your new referral program under that organization.
Once created, you can switch between your organizations while remaining logged into the same Kickbooster account.

Already created your program under the wrong organization?
If you've already created your new program under an existing organization and realize you need a separate one, contact the Kickbooster Support team at team@kickbooster.me before proceeding.
In some cases, the newly created program will need to be deleted before the campaign or store can be registered to a program under your new organization.
We'll review your setup and confirm what needs to be done before anything is deleted.
Can I change my existing organization's subdomain instead?
Once an organization's subdomain has been set and is in use, it may not be possible to change it.
If you're launching a different product or brand, creating a new organization allows you to use the appropriate branding and subdomain without affecting your existing organization.
