There are a couple scenarios to why your referral program would become disabled, such as:

You disable your referral program
If you didn't disable your referral program, you will receive an email notification advising what caused your referral program to become disabled and the necessary steps to fix the issue.
After the issue has been fixed, you will need to reactivate your referral program as it does not automatically reactivate.
How to Reactivate Your Referral Program
Reactivating your referral program is extremely easy! Just click on the specific program from the Programs page, and click 'Activate Program'.
Note: If you're re-activating your program during a paid billing period, you will be notified of when your subscription renewal charge will take place.
If you're re-activating past the last paid billing period, you will be charged a monthly subscription fee upon re-activating.
