There are a few variables that determine when you can expect to receive your commissions. Click here to learn more.

Our system will factor in these variables and provide you with a tentative date that you can expect to receive your commissions. This can be viewed on the Analytics page of a campaign, under the "Referral History" section:

Now you noticed that the tentative payout date for a referral has been pushed to a later date and you didn't receive your commissions. What happened?

If the tentative payout date has been pushed to a later date, it can be either of the following two reasons:

  • Your total commission payout balance does not meet our minimum payout requirement of $20.

In this case, your funds will remain in your account and will continue to be pushed to the following payout date until you reach the minimum requirement. Once the +$20 balance is met, your commissions will then be paid out to you on the tentative payout date shown at this time, given that we have also successfully received payment for your commissions from the referral program owner.

OR

  • You meet the minimum payout balance of $20, but we have not successfully received payment for your commissions from the referral program owner when payment was expected.

In this case, the tentative payout date will continue to be pushed to the following payout date until we have successfully received payment. Once we have successfully received payment from the referral program owner, the Reward Status of the referral will update from "In Review" to "Pending Payment", in which you will be paid out your commissions on the tentative payout date shown at this time.
