Kickbooster will only automatically disable your referral program if we detect that your Shopify store is not live.
In this case, you will receive an email notification advising that your program is disabled for this reason and what to do if your store is live again and would like to continue your referral program.
Note: If your store is back online, you will need to reactivate your referral program as it does not automatically reactivate.
Reactivating Your Referral Program due to Store Not Live
Reactivating your referral program is extremely easy! Just click on the specific program from the Programs page, and click 'Activate Program'.

Note: If you're re-activating a program with a paid subscription that allows for the program to be activated, the program will be activated immediately.
If you don't have a paid subscription, you will be prompted to choose your subscription plan upon activation.
If you are on a current paid plan that doesn't allow for the additional program to be activated, you will be prompted to upgrade your subscription before you can proceed with activation.
