If you're unable to download your resume, there are a few things you can try first:
Can you see the preview of your resume? Too much content in a single section can prevent us from loading the rest of your resume. If the preview doesn't work, you will need to shorten your content. (This only applies to outrageously long sections or words at least twice as long as "pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis").
When was the last time you updated your browser? If the answer is "years ago" or "never", try to update to the latest version or use a different browser.
Are you using any premium customization options? You either need to upgrade to Premium or remove these customization options from your resume.
