Where to Find the Video
Go to Conversations
Open the relevant Conversation.
Click on the video to open the playback view.
Downloading the Video
In Google Chrome
Click the three dots (⋮) in the bottom-right corner of the video player.
Select Download.
In Safari
Right-click directly on the video.
Select Download Video (or similar download option depending on your Safari version).
