Introduction
This guide will walk you through the process of granting organization-wide access to Kickscale's Microsoft application. This access is essential for the full functionality of Kickscale, allowing the calendar integration for automatic recording and SSO-Login for user.
Important: You must be a Microsoft organization administrator to perform these steps.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center.
Navigate to: Identity > Applications > Enterprise applications > All applications.
Search for "Kickscale" in the application list.
Select "Kickscale" from the list.
In the left menu, click on "Permissions".
Click "Grant admin consent for [Your Organization]".
Review the requested permissions and click "Accept" to grant organization-wide access.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues or the applications don't appear in your Microsoft Entra admin center:
Ensure you're logged in with an account that has Microsoft organization administrator privileges.
Try logging out of Kickscale and logging back in with your admin credentials.
For the Notetaker app, make sure you've clicked "Connect Microsoft Calendar" in the Kickscale settings.
