Our transcription service uses voice recognition technology to assign speaker labels. This system analyzes the tone and pitch of the voice, grouping words and sentences spoken in similar vocal characteristics under the same speaker.

Common Issues and Solutions:

  1. Similar Voice Characteristics: When participants in a meeting have similar sounding voices, the transcription service may struggle to differentiate between them correctly. This often results in one participant’s speech being attributed to another.

  2. Environmental Control: Reduce background noise and ensure each participant speaks clearly into their microphone. Good audio quality significantly helps in distinguishing voices.

  3. Improve Recording Conditions: Speak clearly and use a high-quality microphone. Position the microphone close to each speaker, and try to minimize background noise to enhance voice clarity for the transcription service.
