How to Change the Meeting Type and Trigger a Re-Analysis

If the wrong meeting type was selected for a meeting, you can easily update it and trigger a re-analysis. Follow the steps below to ensure your meeting is analyzed correctly.

Steps to Change the Meeting Type

  1. Open the Meeting

    • Navigate to the meeting you want to update.

  2. Click on "Edit Meeting Details"

    • You’ll find this option in the meeting header.

  3. Change the Meeting Type

    • Select the correct meeting type from the available options.

  4. Click "Save"

    • This will apply the changes and trigger a re-analysis of the meeting with the correct type.

What Happens After Changing the Meeting Type?

Once you save the updated meeting type, the system will automatically re-analyze the meeting using the correct classification. This ensures that insights and data related to the meeting are accurately processed.
