What Are Share Links?

Share Links allow you to securely share conversation content with external users using:

  • A unique link

  • A PIN code for access

You stay in control at all times and can disable or delete links whenever needed.

How to Share a Conversation

Step 1: Open the Conversation

  1. Navigate to the detail page of the conversation you want to share.

  2. Click the Share button in the top-right corner of the meeting header.

Step 2: Choose What to Share

A dialog will open where you can configure the share settings.

You can choose one of the following options:

  • Share All

  • Share Video, Transcript & Participants

  • Share Video Only

Additional options:

  • Share current timestamp (start playback at a specific moment)

  • Set link expiration (define how long the share link is valid)

Step 3: Generate the Share Link

  1. Click Generate Link.

  2. Kickscale will generate:

    • A shareable link

    • A PIN code

Both are required to access the shared meeting.

You can now send the link and PIN to anyone outside your workspace.

Accessing the Share Link Overview

  • How many times the link was opened

  • Disable and Delete active share links

This immediately revokes access for external users.
