Waiting time is charged at $1 per minute, and every trip includes a free grace period before charges begin.
Airport pickups
Domestic arrivals: free for the first 30 minutes after your flight lands.
International arrivals: free for the first 60 minutes after your flight lands.
We track your flight, so the grace period is measured from your actual landing time — not your originally scheduled time. A delayed flight does not eat into your free time.
All other pickups (home, hotel, or any non-airport address)
Free for the first 15 minutes after your scheduled pickup time.
After the grace period
Waiting is billed at $1 per minute. Drivers can normally wait up to 2 hours if needed, so an extended wait of 1–2 hours would come to roughly $60–$120. In some cases we may need to adjust this depending on driver availability.
