Am I charged for cancelling my Kidmoto reservation?

Kidmoto has updated our cancellation policy:

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY*

  • A $30 cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel a ride within 2 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.

  • A $75 cancellation fee will be charged if your driver is already on the way to the airport or on the way to the pick-up location.

  • Full subtotal fare will be charged if you cancel within an hour of your scheduled pick-up, or if the driver is already at the airport or at the pick-up location, whichever applies

FOR MIDNIGHT TO EARLY MORNING SCHEDULES (12 am to 7 am)*

  • A $30 cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel a ride within 8 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.

  • A $75 cancellation fee will be charged if your driver is already on the way to the airport or on the way to the pick-up location.

  • Full subtotal fare will be charged if you cancel within an hour of your scheduled pick-up, or if the driver is already at the airport or at the pick-up location, whichever applies,

FOR 12-PASSENGER VANS AND CHARTERED RIDES*

  • A 50% cancellation fee applies if you cancel a ride within 24 hours before pick-up time/flight arrival time.

  • A 100% cancellation fee applies if you cancel a ride within 12 hours before pick-up time/flight arrival time.

*Our cancellation policy applies to all reservations that have been confirmed with a driver, either via the Kidmoto app, or our website, through email and text messages.

For flight cancellations or delays, inform Kidmoto at support@kidmoto.taxi to reschedule your pick-up at a later date or time, a rescheduling fee is applied on top of your fare. To know more about rescheduling fees, click here.

All reservation cancellations must be relayed to us via email at support@kidmoto.taxi. We can only confirm your cancellation request by email to make it effective.

Failure to contact the Kidmoto Support Team at support@kidmoto.taxi regarding cancellation on time may be considered reservation abandonment and may result in forfeiture of fare.
