From the Admin Dashboard, expand Administration and select Preferences 

Scroll down to the Parent Passphrase.

Enter a passphrase and click Save at the bottom of the page.

The passphrase must be alphanumeric and no longer than 100 characters, including spaces. For example Cute Monkey, Sunshine, ABC123, etc

Note: Parents enter this passphrase in the Parent Portal as one of two security checks.
